2025-2026 Pathways Application

  

 

The Pathways application window for the 2025-2026 school year has now closed. Students are still able to apply for a Pathway and will be placed on a wait-list. Please download and submit the paper application linked below.

Students placed on a wait-list will be notified by the Pathways Office if a spot becomes available to them.

 

Students may download a hard-copy of the Pathways Application in English/Spanish. Please return any paper applications to the PUSD Pathways Office (600 W. Grand Ave.).

 

If a student is looking to sign up for the Porterville Military Academy middle school program (incoming 7th or 8th grade), the link to sign up will be posted on Friday, January 24th).
