2026-2027 Pathways Application

The Pathways application window for the 2026-2027 school year has now closed. Students are still able to apply for a Pathway and will be placed on a wait-list. Please download and submit the paper application linked below.

Students placed on a wait-list will be notified by the Pathways Office if a spot becomes available to them.

Students may also download a paper copy of the Pathways Application in English/Spanish. Please return any paper applications to either the PUSD Pathways Office (600 W. Grand Ave.) or to your middle school front office.
