Welcome to the Pathways Enrollment page for 2021-2022. We are excited your child has decided to enroll in a Pathway for high school. This is a great start to empowering their future!
Below you will find information about Enrollment Center dates, a short tutorial video about the paperwork that is necessary to complete for the Registration/Enrollment process, and a link to download all the forms incase you need an extra copy. Given our current state of social distancing, we are offering you two options in order to submit the completed necessary forms. For either option listed below, due to limited space and to help with social distancing, we ask that only one parent or guardian drops off the completed set of forms. Choose one of the following options:
- Express Drop-Off Box -- February 16-19, 2020 between 8:00am-5:00pm. This is a quick paperwork submission. Option 1 is useful if desire is to enroll in first choice Pathway of acceptance, without in-person assistance. An email confirmation will be sent to confirm all paperwork has been completed and received.
Location: PUSD District Office, 600 West Grand Ave, Porterville CA 93257
- In-Person Drive Thru (the date is listed on your mailed acceptance letter) from 3:00pm-5:00pm. This option is a quick paperwork check with a Pathway representative. Option 2 is useful if you have questions regarding paperwork that needs in-person assistance, or a desire to change first choice Pathway of acceptance.
Location: Assigned High School Parking Lot -- See your mailed acceptance letter for specific site.
