Self-Summaries

 

All Self-Summaries are in Google Doc "view only" format. To make a copy for you to edit, click File and then Make a Copy. This will add a copy to your Google Drive and you can complete the summary from there. 

 

Please submit your completed Self-Summary to your Work-Based Learning coordinator.
